I just had a nice conversation with Jeff, and I want to tell you the same thing that I told him.
Furniture Wholesalers is one of THE best vendors I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
I was amazed that you picked up the phone and called me last month after you noticed the unhappy tone of my email. After your effort and call - I was BEYOND satisfied and more than willing to wait a bit longer for my order.
Today when Jeff went to the trouble of actually picking up the phone and calling me to explain what the issue with the table was - and that he had "made it right" and when I could expect it - again, I was amazed at the increasingly rare high level of customer service that I was offered. I know that my order is a tiny order compared to most that you receive, but please know that you have a customer for life....and this latest order attests to that. I called Jeff back and asked for his recommendation of the 2 chairs I selected - and he was more than willing to go above and beyond once again to help me.
We're going to "test drive" both chairs....we'll be sure to treat each one like our own...and if we decided to ship one back, please know that it will be in perfect condition and an order for at least a dozen more of the model we decide to go with will be forthcoming VERY soon.

Thank you so much for your help, as well as resolving the issue! I will happily point other co-workers to your company when they are in the market for your products.
One last question I did have was, if it is more cost effective (cost of the new return being shipped plus the shipping costs to do so) to credit a portion of the price of what I paid for the desk, I would be open to that idea as well. With the current plan of shipping a new one I will need to disassemble the old, dispose of the old, and reassemble the new, and could live with the discoloration if a credit was given in lieu of all the extra work needed. If that does not work that's OK, just figured I'd check to see if it would be within the best interest of all parties involved.

Jeff, Just wanted to catch up to you and say......THANK YOU! We got our furniture so fast and we really like it. In fact we like it so much that he wants another single seat and another three seater.....mahoganny finish, perk cabana fabric and I think it was the Weston series but please check on what we got for sure.
