Return Policy

Returns and cancellations after shipping has begun must be authorized in advance.  Such orders are subject to round trip shipping charges and restocking fees.  These fees vary by Manufacturer.  Some Manufacturers will not accept returns.  We can advise as to who they are.  No orders will be accepted for return unless the items are packed in the original wrapping and their original cartons, (not ripped), and are suitable for resale.  Special orders and non-stocked items may not be cancelled or returned.  In any event, orders can not be returned after 30 days of receipt.  Duplicate orders are the Customer’s responsibility.

All items are sent F.O.B. shipping point.  Our Customers deserve items in good order.  From time to time freight damage can occur.  Please carefully inspect all cartons upon receipt and record any damage on the bill of lading the delivery person gives you to sign.  Please be as specific as possible and keep a copy of this document.  Contact us as soon as possible and inform us of the damage. We will make every effort to supply replacement parts as soon as possible.  We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged or defective parts.  Unless completely destroyed, please accept all packages after careful examination and notation on the bill of lading. Refusals can cause delays in getting replacement parts, as smaller parts will come more quickly than whole units. (This is particularly the case on Ready-to-assemble products from Bestar, Bush, etc.) Please save the cartons and contact us promptly. It is best to email us your order number as well as all of the information pertaining to the damage at sales@furniturewholesalers.com and then we can forward your email directly to the manufacturer involved.
